Florida Supreme Court: Wrong on Lawyer Websites (Again) February 6, 2009

The Florida Bar news had an interesting article this past week about a hearing recently held about lawyer websites by the Supreme Court of Florida. The central part of the debate centered around the question of whether every page of a website should be pre-submitted to some “committee” for its blessing. I think the Florida Supreme Court, by the questioning as reported in the Florida Bar News, just doesn’t get the whole technological thing and perhaps does not get the First Amendment. I’ve commented on this ongoing Florida website ethics story here.
