Jail time for Connecticut lawyers who participate in Total Bankruptcy? November 3, 2009

It looks like the Connecticut state bar legal ethics chairperson wants to send five Connecticut attorneys to jail for participating in the Total Bankruptcy website. The grievance committee wants to charge these attorneys with a felony. Find out why I say this is legal ethicsĀ  enforcement gone wild.
