A great list but if I could make one slight criticism. It appears to me that your list comprises 25% items relating to taking concrete action and 75% towards learning and thinking about our practices and our marketing.
I think that the percentages should be reversed. A list like this just feeds into those of us (hanging my head in shame) who spend many hours learning and thinking about this stuff but never take the next step of actually applying what we learn and conclude.
While it is clear that you know much about marketing I have to respectfully take the position that your success is related far more to your willingness to take action than to any other factor.</description>
